Stablecoin

Tab settles in Binance-Peg USDC on BSC. The token contract is 18 decimals (different from Circle's native USDC on Base / Ink / Celo, which is 6 decimals). Tab handles the per-chain decimal math internally. Callers just say "$X USDC".

Block time and finality

Three-second blocks. Tab waits for one confirmation; the indexer retries if a reorg invalidates the block.
