Stablecoin payments on Ink
Real Tether liquidity at L2 fees.
Ink is Kraken's OP Stack L2. Tab settles in USDT0 — the canonical L2 Tether — so your buyers don't have to swap or bridge to use the dollar they already hold.
Why merchants pick Tab on Ink
Canonical USDT0
Not a wrapped bridge variant. Same dollar across every L2 Tether ships to, with native mint/burn back to USDT on L1.
Sub-second finality
Ink's sequencer produces one-second blocks. Tab's webhook fires before the buyer finishes putting their phone down.
Kraken-backed
Direct off-ramp story for merchants who already have Kraken accounts. Settlement to USD bank wire is one step.
Drop into the Ink integration in a day.
Same EIP-712 signature, same router contract, same REST API you already use on every other chain. The only thing that changes is the chain id and the stablecoin address.

Technical notes
OP Stack parity
Same EVM as Base and Optimism. Tab's router contract is bit-for-bit identical across all three.
Optimistic finality
Like every OP Stack L2, full Ethereum-rooted finality takes ~7 days. Tab uses single-confirmation finality for in-protocol UX; the indexer reconciles on the unlikely event of a sequencer revert.
USDT0 mechanics
USDT0 is mintable on Ink by depositing canonical USDT on L1 and bridging via LayerZero. Tab doesn't bridge in the hot path — the merchant simply receives USDT0 directly.
