The problem
Stablecoins moved $27T on-chain last year, but the rails that businesses use to accept them are still custodial wallets with API keys. Founders give up self-custody the moment they want a webhook.
The shape of the fix
Push the custody back to the user. Let a relayer pay the gas instead of forcing buyers to hold a native token. Keep the on-chain contracts small and audit-friendly. Wrap the whole thing in a checkout that feels like Stripe.
What we built
Four routers, all immutable: TabRouter (EIP-712 meta-tx single payments), TabBotRouter (executor-allowlist P2P + campaign grants), TabEscrowRouter (claim-by-handle escrow behind OpenTab), TabSubscriptionRouter (on-chain recurring billing). A REST API, webhooks, and a hosted checkout on top.
Why this wins
Every other 'non-custodial payment' product still puts a custodian in the path of the funds. We don't. A user can stop using Tab tomorrow and their wallets still work — they hold the keys, we just move the money.
Where we are
Four routers, six chains: Base, BSC, Solana, Ink, Celo, Tempo. Full Foundry test coverage, third-party audit underway, end-to-end testnet integrations green. Rolling out to mainnet per chain.
What we want
Distribution partners on the merchant side, integration partners on the developer side, and a seed round to fund the mainnet rollout and the fiat off-ramp. Talk to us if you operate at a payments company, an exchange, or an L2.
