Things we can't help with
- Recovering a lost PIN. We have never seen it. The wallet is encrypted under it on your device and there is no second copy. If you set up a backup, the backup + the PIN can unlock the wallet. Without either, the wallet is gone.
- Reversing a settled payment. Once it's on-chain it's on-chain. We can confirm the transaction and help you reconcile, but we can't claw funds back.
- Moving funds out of a wallet you don't have the key to. Same reason — we don't have it either. There is no internal override.
- Releasing a handle from another user. Handles are first-come-first-served. We will release a handle that infringes a registered trademark on presentation of evidence; otherwise the original holder keeps it.
Things we can do
- Walk a developer through their first integration.
- Issue replacement API keys if you suspect one is compromised.
- Pause webhook deliveries to an endpoint that is taking your service down.
- Confirm the on-chain state of any order id and walk you through reconciliation.
